本政策适用于Arenovo提供的Foldpost（折境邮局）iPhone及iPad应用和本产品支持网站。
游戏进度与体感
关卡状态、撤销记录、最佳步数、声音、省电和动画设置保存在当前设备。应用不建立玩家账号，也不提供云存档。选择体感操作时，设备姿态在本机用于折叠判断，不发送给我们的服务器。
购买
购买由Apple App Store处理。应用通过Unity In-App Purchasing与Apple商店读取商品及经验证的订单，以授予或恢复永久解锁，并在本机保存权益状态。我们不会接收你的银行卡号码或Apple账号密码。Apple对交易数据的处理适用其隐私政策。
第三方服务与跟踪
应用使用Unity运行时和Apple平台内购。本版本未启用广告、Unity Analytics、Unity Authentication、第三方支付或Webshop服务，没有跨应用广告跟踪功能。我们不经营收集游戏进度的分析服务，也不出售这些数据。
本版本包含Unity IAP 5.4.4。该SDK在购买意图、成功、失败及确认等商店事件中，会向Unity处理设备厂商标识符、会话标识、可用的安装标识、设备与系统信息、国家或地区，以及商品、交易和订单验证信息。这些商店事件用于内购运行、交易统计、安全和故障处理；关闭游戏内声音或体感不会关闭此SDK处理。没有玩家登录时，不会生成我们自己的玩家账号。我们未启用广告标识符或第三方广告测量连接。
支持邮件与网站
只有你主动发送支持邮件时，我们才会收到你提供的邮箱和问题内容，并仅用于处理请求。请勿发送密码、完整支付信息或收据。本网站使用Cloudflare托管；该服务可能为连接、安全及故障处理基本访问日志。本产品页面不设置广告或营销分析脚本。
管理本机数据与联系我们
你可以通过系统移除应用及其本机数据。删除本机数据不会取消Apple账号下的永久购买权益；重新安装后可恢复购买，但关卡进度不会由我们同步。有关支持邮件或隐私的问题（包括由我们向Unity转交IAP数据访问或删除请求），请联系 hello@arenovo.com。

Game progress and motion
Level state, undo history, best move counts, sound, power, and animation settings are stored on the current device. The app has no game account or cloud save. Optional motion controls use device orientation locally; it is not sent to our servers.
Purchases
Apple App Store processes purchases. Through Unity In-App Purchasing, the app reads products and verified Apple orders to grant or restore the permanent unlock and saves its entitlement locally. We do not receive your card number or Apple Account password. Apple's privacy policy governs its handling of transaction information.
Third-party services and tracking
The app uses the Unity runtime and Apple platform purchases. This version does not enable advertising, Unity Analytics, Unity Authentication, third-party payment, or Webshop services, and has no cross-app advertising tracking feature. We do not operate a service that collects gameplay progress for analytics or sell that data.
This version includes Unity IAP 5.4.4. During store events such as purchase intent, success, failure, and confirmation, the SDK processes the device vendor identifier, session identifiers, available installation identifiers, device and OS information, country or region, and product, transaction, and order-validation information with Unity. These store events support purchasing, transaction statistics, security, and troubleshooting. Turning off game sound or motion does not disable this SDK processing. No developer-run player account is created. Advertising identifiers and third-party advertising measurement connections are not enabled.
Support email and website
We receive your email address and issue details only when you choose to email support, and use them to address your request. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or receipts. Cloudflare hosts this website and may process basic access logs for connections, security, and troubleshooting. These product pages contain no advertising or marketing analytics scripts.
Managing local data and contacting us
System controls can remove the app and its local data. Removing local data does not cancel the permanent purchase attached to your Apple Account. Restore Purchases can restore ownership after reinstalling; we do not sync level progress. Contact hello@arenovo.com about privacy, support email, or requests for us to forward access or deletion instructions for IAP data processed by Unity.
