This notice explains data handling on arenovo.com. Individual Arenovo products have their own product-specific privacy notices.

What this website collects

Arenovo.com does not currently provide user accounts, use advertising trackers, run marketing analytics, or set marketing cookies. Arenovo does not collect personal information through forms on this website.

As with most websites, infrastructure and hosting providers may process standard request metadata needed to deliver and secure the site. This can include an IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security-related event data.

When you contact us

If you email Arenovo, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it to respond, investigate an issue, maintain a support record, and protect Arenovo products and users.

Please do not send private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other secrets.

Retention and sharing

Contact records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, support history, security, and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that host or secure the website and email service, or disclosed when required by law.

Product-specific privacy

This notice covers the Arenovo studio website only. Each released application is expected to publish a separate privacy notice describing its actual data flows, permissions, third-party services, retention, and user choices. Those notices are linked from the relevant project record.
