Before you write
Including the following details helps us understand an issue without asking for unnecessary private information:
- Product name and version
- Device, operating system, browser, or wallet environment
- What you expected and what happened instead
- Steps that reliably reproduce the problem
- An error message or redacted screenshot, if useful
Never send secrets. Do not include private keys, seed phrases, passwords, access tokens, or unredacted financial information.
Security reports
Use the subject line Security report: [product name] and describe the affected product, version, impact, and reproduction steps. Please allow time for investigation before sharing an unresolved issue publicly.
